Yes you can be tempted to skip them from time to time.
Which brings me to the second rule
Then Second Rule of Standup
You Must Do Standup!
Third Rule of Standup
Same time every day.
10 am is a popular choice.
Fourth Rule of Standup
Keep it short.
15 minutes at the absolute maximum And finally
the Fifth Rule of Standup
I’m sorry about this one.
If you’re going to do standup
You really do have to stand.
Beng up on their pins will keep everyone focused on the Standup
Which will help to keep it short
Which means you’ll be back in your big comformtable chair
In 15 minutes or less.
