Let’s run through them.

First Rule of Standup

You must do daily Standup

Yes that can be inconveneient.

Yes, they can get in the way

Yes you can be tempted to skip them from time to time.

Which brings me to the second rule

Then Second Rule of Standup

You Must Do Standup!

Third Rule of Standup

Same time every day.

10 am is a popular choice.

Fourth Rule of Standup

Keep it short.

15 minutes at the absolute maximum And finally

the Fifth Rule of Standup

I’m sorry about this one.

If you’re going to do standup

You really do have to stand.

Beng up on their pins will keep everyone focused on the Standup

Which will help to keep it short

Which means you’ll be back in your big comformtable chair

In 15 minutes or less.

Two questions for you
