Welcome to Development That Pays.

We've only just tiptoed into December but here in London the build up to Christmas is very much ON.

Radio stations have stopped apologising before playing Mariah Carey

And My local branch of B&Q - a hardware store - has been transformed into a fairy grotto.

But this year, I've decided not to be the man who says "Bah humbug!"

This year, I decided to embrace the holiday season.

I'm planning to take a couple of weeks off.

While this this might be the last video of 2016

rest assured that work on Development That Pays will continue behind the scenes.

I'll be plotting and planning to improve it for 2017

And for that, I need your help

If you've been wondering what to get me for Christmas: wonder no longer.

All I want for Christmas is your answer to one simple question:
